With all that said, meditation is not sleeping, spacing out or an escape from reality, It is not selfish and self-centered, it’s not brainwashing or a quick fix. Rather, you still need to find a way to work out your problems, meditation is not passive, boring, strange, or weird. It is ACTIVE. In meditation, you are highly active, alert, and in control of your heightened awareness. This harmonizes you with positive, high vibrational influences and repels dark influences which are attracted by only a passively low level of consciousness.

There are different kinds of meditations, different approaches, and traditions out there, like mantra meditation, mindfulness, visualization & affirmation meditation, Light language meditation, guided or silent meditation, and many more.

As a meditation teacher with years of experience, I can guide you to learn the best kind of meditation that matches you the best based on your needs and goals. and finally, we will practice.
