I signed up for the one on one guided meditation class in an effort to improve my concentration and focus levels. Monie went through each step, clearly explaining the correct techniques and guided me through each session. I have been practicing meditation with her for a few months now and can confidently say that her meditation techniques have both improved my concentration skills and sharpened my attention.
